خبير في المنظمات الدولية  (التوظيف فوري - المباشرة الفورية مطلوبة)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تقديم المشورة والإرشاد للقيادات الإدارية وأصحاب القرار حول مجالات المنظمات الدولية ذات العلاقة بأعمال اللجنة.

• تقديم المشورة حول القضايا الدولية والتوجهات الاستراتيجية للمنظمات العالمية.

• إعداد وإدارة وتمثيل المملكة العربية السعودية في المؤتمرات العامة، المجالس التنفيذية، واللجان الدولية ذات الصلة.

• دعم أمانة اللجنة في تعاملها مع المنظمات الدولية وضمان تحقيق أهدافها بفعالية.

• القيام بمهام ضباط الاتصال في المنظمات الدولية وتعزيز الحضور السعودي في المحافل العالمية.

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التعاون الدولي وبناء شراكات استراتيجية مع الجهات الفاعلة في المجتمع الدولي.

• بناء وتوطيد العلاقات مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين لتعزيز أوجه التعاون.

• التنسيق مع الجهات الإدارية الداخلية لتحديد الفرص المشتركة وتفعيل المشاريع ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

• رصد مدى تنفيذ الشراكات الدولية وتقييم فعاليتها لضمان تحقيق الأثر المطلوب.

• متابعة تسجيل الملفات ذات العلاقة بالتربية، الثقافة، والعلوم لدى المنظمات الدولية.

• رصد وتحليل التوجهات الاستراتيجية للمنظمات الدولية بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العامة للاستراتيجية والمشاريع.

تطوير القدرات:

• بناء القدرات المؤسسية في مجال العلاقات الدولية والتعاون الدولي لرفع جاهزية الفرق العاملة في هذا المجال.

• تنظيم ورش العمل والدورات التدريبية للموظفين لتعزيز مهاراتهم في التفاعل مع المنظمات الدولية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في العلاقات الدولية، الدراسات الدبلوماسية، العلوم السياسية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في العمل مع المنظمات الدولية أو التعاون الدولي.

• إلمام عميق بآليات عمل المنظمات الدولية مثل الأمم المتحدة، اليونسكو، البنك الدولي، منظمة التعاون والتنمية الاقتصادية (OECD)، وغيرها.

• إتقان اللغة العربية شرط أساسي، مع مستوى متقدم في اللغة الإنجليزية لضمان التفاعل الفعّال مع المنظمات الدولية.

• قدرة ممتازة على التفاوض، بناء العلاقات، وتمثيل المملكة في المحافل الدولية.

• المباشرة الفورية في العمل شرط أساسي للقبول في الوظيفة.

International Organizations Expert 

(Immediate Hiring - Immediate Availability Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advisory services to senior executives and decision-makers regarding international organizations relevant to the committee’s work.

• Offer guidance on international affairs and global policy trends.

• Prepare, manage, and represent Saudi Arabia in general conferences, executive councils, and international committees.

• Support the committee’s secretariat in its engagement with international organizations.

• Act as a liaison officer within international organizations to enhance Saudi representation and influence.

• Develop and implement international cooperation strategies to foster meaningful global partnerships.

• Establish and strengthen relationships with local and international stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal administrative entities to identify joint opportunities and areas of collaboration.

• Monitor the execution and effectiveness of international partnerships, ensuring strategic impact.

• Follow up on the registration of key education, culture, and science-related files within international organizations.

• Track and analyze strategic trends in international organizations in coordination with the Strategy and Projects Department.

Capacity Building & Development:

• Enhance institutional capacity in international relations and global cooperation.

• Organize workshops and training programs for employees to improve their ability to engage with international organizations effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Diplomatic Studies, Political Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience working with international organizations or in international cooperation roles.

• Extensive knowledge of global organizations such as the United Nations, UNESCO, World Bank, OECD, and others.

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with advanced English proficiency to facilitate international engagement.

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and diplomatic representation skills.

• Immediate availability to start is a mandatory requirement for this role.
