About the Job :

To lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, with a strong focus on consulting, digital, and tech-based solutions, particularly in the education sector. The role involves managing multiple management consulting services and digital products, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable growth through effective proposal development and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities with potential clients across key sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand the company’s reach.

• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.

• Use PowerPoint to design and present clear, persuasive business proposals and project briefs.

• Manage multiple digital products and services, contributing to their positioning, business modeling, and go-to-market strategies.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that add value and open new growth channels.

• Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo ) to manage leads, track interactions, and optimize the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to align service offerings with client expectations.

• Provide periodic performance reports and business development forecasts to senior management.


Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting or technology environments.

• Strong knowledge of management consulting services and digital/tech solutions, particularly in the education sector.

• Proven ability to develop technical proposals and respond to RFPs professionally.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Solid experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales processes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
