Business Development Associate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate with a strong background in consultative selling, proposal management, and opportunity identification within the tech and consulting landscape. The ideal candidate should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, experience working with CRM tools such as Odoo, and a proven ability to bring in projects and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential projects, RFPs, RFQs, and partnerships.
- Create and manage high-quality business proposals and presentations (PowerPoint mastery required).
- Conduct thorough market analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Odoo) to manage leads, contacts, and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and proposal designers to align offerings with client needs.
- Support the testing and demonstration of tech-based products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Lead or contribute to the creation and organization of new business or delivery teams.
- Ensure proposals and client responses are delivered on time and adhere to organizational quality standards.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to spot new areas of growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution from prospecting to closing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, technology, or services.
- Strong experience in proposal writing, RFP/RFQ handling, and pipeline management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM tools (especially Odoo).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to testing and evaluating tech products or platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills (Arabic fluency is required, English fluency is preferred)
- Experience in social media analysis, market insights, or digital presence management is a plus.
