Business Operations (CO-OP)
We are offering a cooperative training opportunity for motivated students seeking hands-on experience in business operations and digital platform management. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build practical skills in monitoring workflows, reviewing submissions, and supporting service quality in a structured environment.
The selected trainee will support the day-to-day management of an internal digital platform, coordinate between stakeholders, and ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain content on an internal business platform based on established guidelines.
- Review project submissions and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address platform-related requests or issues.
- Maintain accurate records, update logs, and support documentation.
- Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency through observations and suggestions.
- Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex cases appropriately.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
